Our pricing

At MKA, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Every business is different — different size, different complexity, different goals. A startup with five employees has different needs from a trading company with 50. A business needing monthly bookkeeping review is a different engagement from one preparing for acquisition.

That is why our fees are always scoped specifically to your situation — never a generic package pulled off a shelf

Our pricing is based on three factors:

The size of your business — number of employees, volume of transactions, number of entities or branches involved.

The complexity of the work — a straightforward financial review requires less depth than a full business valuation or a board-level advisory engagement.

The scope and frequency of support — a one-time project is priced differently from an ongoing monthly advisory relationship.

We work with businesses across three levels of engagement — each designed for a different stage of business maturity:

Essential — For startups and early-stage businesses that need financial structure and basic oversight. Covers foundational financial review, bookkeeping oversight, and one advisory session per month.

Growth — For established SMEs that need deeper financial guidance and operational support. Covers everything in Essential plus cash flow planning, HR advisory, internal controls review, and management reporting.

Premium — For businesses preparing for expansion, investment, or acquisition. Covers everything in Growth plus board advisory, business valuation support, policy and procedure development, and priority access to MKA for urgent decisions

We are fully aware of what the market charges for the level of experience and credentials we bring. Our fees are deliberately positioned to give you access to Big Four-level expertise at a cost that makes sense for an SME.

You will never be quoted a fee that does not reflect the value of the work. And you will never receive a surprise invoice — every engagement is agreed and documented upfront with complete transparency.
